Returning from his sixth overseas deployment in seven years, Nick Goldsmith hit rock bottom.
Complex PTSD consumed Nick’s life.
He used traditional forms of therapy that were provided by the military, but they didn’t fully provide what he needed.
Rewilding himself gave him a pathway to connect with a more authentic version of himself.
